Location: Dallas, TX | Houston, TX | Austin, TX

Description: This individual will be responsible for scoping projects, creating and negotiating statements of work and participating in the deployment of Salesforce implementation projects. This role will work with the Salesforce Sales Team to assist in the evaluation of Salesforce and Salesforce license sales cycle to determine the level of effort for the associated implementation. The position is 60% implementation scoping and 40% delivery. Regional travel is required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • • Scoping of Projects
  •       – Work with prospects to gather high level requirements
  •       – Estimate level of consulting effort
  •       – Create and present statement of work
  • • Delivery of Projects
  •       – Direct project through all phases
  •       – Advise customers’ senior management and executive team
  •       – Define and disseminate best practices
  •       – Guide requirements gathering and design sessions
  •       – Configure Salesforce to meet customer requirements
  •       – Manage scope and client expectations

Skills and Qualifications:

  • • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • • Must be able to articulate complex concepts to various audiences
  • • 2+ years of project management – managing client projects in the delivery of business consulting and systems development
  • • 2+ years experience contributing as a subject matter expert on software deployments
  • • 2+ years CRM application experience
  • • Business process expertise in sales, marketing, or support
  • • Excellent analysis skills with proven ability to design and optimize business processes
  • • Must demonstrate a strong ability and initiative to learn
  • • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred

Delivery

Description: This individual will be responsible for the successful deployment of Salesforce. This role will lead the team through all stages of the project lifecycle. Many projects will require hands-on participation as the subject matter and application expert. Travel may be required.
