Using the 1-1-1 Philanthropic Model — 1% time, 1% equity, 1% product — the Foundation reaches out to our community where we concentrate on the use of technology, specifically as it relates to organizations with youth development programs.
1% Time
Every employee is encouraged to donate 1% of their working time to the community. This donation of time results in approximately six paid days a year (four hours a month) of service dedicated to our goals of Community Service.
1% Equity
Since inception, Strategic Growth has set aside 1% of the equity of the company toward the Foundation.
1% Service
As a service company, our commitment is to provide our services to charitable organizations at a discount.
