Manager

Location: Dallas, TX | Houston, TX | Austin, TX

Description: The Manager will be responsible for the successful deployment of Salesforce. In this capacity, the Manager will lead the team through all stages of the project lifecycle. Many projects will require the Manager’s hands-on participation as the subject matter and application expert. This position is 30% project management, 40% analysis, and 30% delivery. Travel may be required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • • Direct project through all phases
  • • Advise customers’ senior management and executive team
  • • Develop and maintain issue logs, status reports, and budget reports
  • • Oversee resources on each project
  • • Define and disseminate best practices
  • • Guide requirements gathering and design sessions
  • • Configure Salesforce to meet customer requirements
  • • Manage scope and client expectations

Skills and Qualifications:

  • • 2+ years managing client projects in the delivery of business consulting and systems development
  • • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • • Must be able to articulate complex concepts to various audiences
  • • 2+ years experience contributing as a subject matter expert on software deployments
  • • 2+ years CRM application experience
  • • Business process expertise in sales, marketing, or support
  • • Excellent analysis skills with proven ability to design and optimize business processes
  • • Must demonstrate a strong ability and initiative to learn
  • • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred

Senior Consultant

Location: Dallas, TX | Houston, TX | Austin, TX

Description: The Senior Consultant will be responsible for successfully customizing and deploying the Salesforce applications. In this capacity, the Consultant will be an expert in Salesforce features and CRM business processes. The Consultant will draw on technical and CRM product knowledge in advanced configurations of Salesforce. This position is 20% project management, 50% analysis, and 30% delivery. Travel may be required.

Technical Consultant

Location: Dallas, TX | Houston, TX | Austin, TX

Description: The Technical Consultant will be responsible for successfully creating custom applications using Force.com and integrating Salesforce with other systems. In this capacity, the Consultant will be an expert in Salesforce features and developing solutions using the Force.com API, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning, and other tools that extend the product. This position is 20% project management, 20% analysis, and 60% software development. Travel may be required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • • Define and deliver custom Force.com applications using APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning
  • • Define and deliver custom integrations using a middleware tool
  • • Lead technical requirements gathering and design sessions and produce formal documentation deliverables
  • • Configure the Salesforce to meet customer requirements
  • • Manage scope and client expectations

Skills and Qualifications:

  • • 4+ years of software development experience
  • • Web application development using technologies including Java, Javascript, XML, HTML, CSS, and .NET
  • • Web based user interface development
  • • Thorough understanding of SQL and data modeling
  • • Experience with integration tools such as Dell Boomi, Jitterbit, and Informatica Cloud
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage client projects in the delivery of business consulting and systems development
  • • Must be able to articulate complex concepts to various audiences
  • • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • • Excellent analysis skills with proven ability to design and optimize business processes
  • • Hands on development experience with the Salesforce API, APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning
  • • Knowledge of CRM and ERP
  • • Must demonstrate a strong ability and initiative to learn
  • • Work experience with a professional consulting organization a plus
