Strategic Growth’s Salesforce experience starts at the top. CEO and Founder Brad Miles was a Professional Services Regional Leader for Salesforce for four years where he led two regions. His consulting career spans over 35 years from small and medium businesses to Fortune 25 companies.

Brad earned his MBA from the McCombs Graduate School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and his undergraduate degree in Engineering from Louisiana State University. He is currently a Major in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, Faculty member of Military History for the Marine Corps University, and very active in the entrepreneur network groups in Texas.

- Founder & Chief Engagement Officer

At Salesforce, Erik Fike developed the project delivery methodology that’s still used for implementations today. He was one of Salesforce’s initial employees, a leader in their Global Services team, and the developer of key sales engagement processes and new resource training programs for the company. After four years there, he left to start Strategic Growth with Brad Miles.

Over the years, Erik has performed hundreds of Salesforce installations for thousands of users. He is passionate and enthusiastic about developing successful strategies to overcome customers’ toughest challenges.

A Certified Salesforce Technical Architect and thought leader in the Force.com community, Caleb brings to Strategic Growth extensive experience in building custom business applications and integrations. Prior to Strategic Growth, Caleb managed the West Coast Professional Services Technology team at Salesforce. The Salesforce Certification team regularly leverages Caleb’s deep expertise to create and judge their certification exams.

Caleb graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in Computer Science & Mathematics and has over 20 years of design, integration, and consulting experience.

Bill is an experienced sales, marketing, and technology executive specializing in helping clients transform their business processes with technology. Bill has over 30 years industry experience and more than 10 years accelerating client success with the Salesforce system for their marketing, sales, customer service, and custom processes. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Florida.

Prior to Strategic Growth, Jeff worked in Global Technical Services at Salesforce. As a member of GTS, Jeff provided technical expertise to enterprise customers implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Force.com solutions.

Jeff graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance with minors in Accounting and Economics. Jeff graduated with a MBA from the University of Dallas.

Craig has been working in software development since 1998. His career has focused on CRM and ERP applications for Sales, Marketing, Support and Accounting organizations. Since early 2005 Craig has been implementing Salesforce for small businesses up to Fortune 100 companies. Craig brings extensive design concepts, custom development skills, and general application skills to every implementation.

Craig attended Indiana University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology as well as Hofstra University where he earned a Graduate Degree in Computer Science.
